Provide expert guidance on HR best practices and recommend process improvements to optimize talent management and HR operations. Conduct end-user training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new SuccessFactors systems. Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration, data migration, and customization activities. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations. Stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and functionalities, and evaluate their applicability to client requirements.
