What one can do by using the computers for Airlines? • In the last years when computers weren’t existed, travel agents could book for your holidays by telephoning or writing. • In recent years the travel agents could check the availability of the holiday you wanted to visit by coming back to you with the information of that place.

  3. Disadvantages of The Booking Process In Recent Years • It was a very slow process • Several travel agents could be trying to book the same holidays of yours and double bookings often happened.

  4. Today! • By using Computers the travel agents can book a holiday more quickly. • Double bookings are much less likely since everyone is accessing the same information from the same computer database. • Today there isn’t need to go to a travel agent because through internet everyone can make his flight by booking online.
