2. What is Cookie Club? The Cookie Club is a password-protected Web site where girls learn about goals and send emails to friends and family.

3. How to get started as a Cookie Volunteer Here’s how to get started. 1) The adult volunteer must set up a Cookie Club account for each girl. 2) Parents sign and return the Cookie Club permission form before you give the girls their passwords. This form explains that parents are responsible for confirming that the “promises” are from legitimate customers.

4. Setting It Up Setting up girl account is easy. Select your council name, type in the number of girls selling cookies and the number of packages they need to sell to reach their goal. You’ll also need to type in a few words about the girls’ goal. For each girl, type in her first and last name, age and an easy-to-remember password you select. In emails, only a girl’s first name and last initial will appear. When you’re done, hit submit!

5. How to send E-cards to family and friends Girls will see this screen after choosing to send an e-card. Girls can send to multiple people or their cookie contacts!

6. The Customer E-mail Customers will receive a text-based email like this one. When they click the link, they will go into the cookie ordering experience. Note that recipients are asked to not forward this email to anyone else. To ensure safety, the link is generated especially for this person. If another person orders using this link, that order will overwrite the first one.

7. The Customer Order After clicking the link, the customer lands on this page. It has a message from the girl (all pre-composed by the system), a message from the council and the goal set by the group.

8. The Customer Order Before submitting the final order, the customer selects how he or she prefers to be contacted and can choose a message from a drop-down menu. There is no open field where the customer can write, so the girl is protected from unwanted communications.

9. The Cookie Club tracks it for you! The girl’s orders automatically appear on her goal tracker. She also can add sales from her printed order card or direct sales. Girls love watching the cookie boxes stack up and get closer to their goals.

10. The Printable Orders Page This is the printable orders page. The girl turns in this printed page along with her order card. There is a place for a parent signature at the bottom. We recommend that you do not accept forms without this signature. As you know, you are responsible for all cookies you order.

11. Cookie Payment and Delivery Girls deliver cookies and accept payment in person! REMEMBER! No online payments!
