  2. Define RULE OF LAW • In your notes, write the definition of rule of law. • List 3 examples of when “rule of law” is not followed. You can use a real world example or make one up.

  3. Should there be limits to what a law enforcement official can do during an interrogation? Explain your answer.

  4. Everyone will… • Read the article related to the tactics used in interrogations under the Bush Administration. • Answer the questions about the Bush article. • Read the response of President Obama. • Complete the graphic organizer about the readings and your opinion. • Get into groups of 4 to 6 and discuss the questions about the articles. You must have your group’s responses recorded and turned in at the end of class.
