  1. Corporate Event Spotlight - Brazilian Carnival A Taste of The World makes your event planning stress free. Plan your next event with delicious, made from scratch, kosher food prepared and put together by our team of creative and collaborative chefs. Our goal is to help you design a memorable menu for your corporate, non-profit, or social event. A Taste of the World recently catered a private corporate event at The W Hotel. The theme for the evening was Brazilian Carnival and featured a variety cirque du Soleil entertainment act by Viva’s Lounge. For the 300 guests at the event, A Taste of The World created a Specialty Tapas Station that included specialties Brazilian items such as “Torta de Fango” (Mini Brazilian Chicken and Vegetable Pot Pies) “Coxinha” (Potato Vegetable Crockets), “Carne Enrollada”

  2. (Brazilian Meat Loaf), Mango Salad Shooters, and Brisket Sliders. Continuing with Brazilian theme we prepared a Churasco Station with grilled shoulder roast, grilled chicken breasts, and thighs, grilled kosher sausage, grilled vegetable kebobs, and chimichurri and sautéed mushrooms on the side. A Paella Action Station complete with Spanish Paella prepared with Saffron Rice.
