  2. INTRODUCTION ABOUT ALBERT MEHRABIAN             Mehrabian was born in 1939 to an Armenian family living in Iran. He originally trained as an engineer, but is best known for his publications on the relative importance of verbal and nonverbal messages. He also constructed a number of psychological measures including the Arousal Seeking Tendency Scale.

  5. 7-38-55 RULE CONCEPT the 7-38-55 RULE is a concept concerning the communication of methods. the rule states that 7% of meaning is communicated through spoken word. the 38% through tone of voice. the 55% through body language. albert Mehrabian developed this at the university of California, los Angels which out the concept in his 1971 book silent messages.
