Quick Write • Directions: Write a narrative about something that happened in the past based on the prompt and write in as much detail as possible. • Prompt: People use vacation time or holidays to escape from regular routines such as work and school. Write a piece about a memorable vacation or holiday that you remember from the past. • Must be 3/4ths of a page. Turn into the green folder.
Vote with your feet! • With the following statements, vote whether you agree or disagree. Agree go to the right, disagree to the left, the more towards the middle of the classroom you are the more neutral you are. Beware: you’ll likely have to explain your opinion!
