We manufacture batch mix plants in the capacities 80 tph, 120 tph, 160 tph, 200 tph and 260 tph. We make stationary and mobile drum mix plants in the capacities 40-60 tph, 60-90 tph, 90-120 tph and 120-150 tph. We also manufacture counterflow asphalt plants in same capacities up to 150 tph. 3. In the concrete plant we have stationary type, mobile type and also portable concrete mixers for sale. We manufacture and supply stationary plants in the capacity 30 m3/hr. to 200 m3/hr. Mobile type starts from 20 m3/hr to 60 m3/hr. Then the portable are the small mixers in the range of 10 m3/hr. to 20 m3/hr. The smallest of all are the mini concrete batch mix plants in the range 8-9 m3/hr. and 12-13 m3/hr. These are available as electric or with diesel engines. We have exported concrete plants to Philippines, Israel, Nigeria, etc. For soil stabilization we have wet mix plants and combined WMM with drum mixers. Wet mix macadam plants are available in capacities 100 tph, 160 tph, 200 tph and 250 tph. We have exported WMM plants to Singapore, UAE, Bhutan, etc. Truck mounted bitumen pressure distributors and towable mini sprayers are also available. Bitumen sprayers are mounted on customers old or new truck. It is a complete system provided by Atlas. It is available in capacities 4 T, 6 T, 8 T, 10 T, 12 T. We also manufacture and supply mini bitumen sprayers in the capacities 2 T and 3 T. We have exported bitumen sprayers to Egypt, Tanzania, Libya, etc.

4. Road cleaning brooms include mechanical broom and hydraulic road sweeper. We have exported them to countries like Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, etc. Mechanical road sweeper width is 2.5 meters while it is 2.1 meters for hydraulic broom. Mechanical sweeper can be used for paved or unpaved surfaces while hydraulic broom is better for paved surfaces. Both these sweeper machines are tractor towable. In fact, mechanical broom can be towed by any suitable vehicle. Hydraulic broom has to be attached by the PTO of any tractor.
