1. LONDON WELSH R.F.C. CASC Sponsorship Application Form I agree to abide by the terns and conditions set out by London Welsh R.F.C CASC in relation to the sponsorship package I have selected above.

2. Terms and Conditions • Sponsors need to be supportive of LW CASC and its mission. LW CASC retains the right to reject any sponsor that it deems inappropriate or cancel any sponsorship at any time for any reason. • Application for sponsorship can only be made by completion of the official application form • After written acceptance by LW CASC, the sponsor must provide the first instalment of sponsorship funds, logo image (in the format required by LW CASC,) and other details required (such as correct use of the sponsor's name, trademarks etc) to LW CASC, within 25 days of receipt of acceptance. • The sponsorship will be divided in to two equal instalments. The second instalment is due 6 moths after written acceptance. There will not be any refunds once the monies have been received. • The term of the sponsorship shall be for 12 calendar months. • Sponsorship pledges cannot be processed without payment. Funds must be payable in GBP by either cheque of bank transfer.
