A versatile, cost-effective and user-friendly tracking system
What does the AFISSTrack systemprovide? A user-friendly data and information management framework designed for gathering and delivering information by and to facility personnel, managers and other stakeholders
Key Advantages and Benefits • Readily expandable system with the capability of allowing paper free tracking on a shared drive (intranet); • Simplified management of operation activities and transactions; • Time-saving features of a centralized information system for inter-departmental communication;
More Key Advantages and Benefits • Feasibility of automated (scanned) data entry where high volume data is involved; • Automated historical tracking and trends analyses for prompt and effective management decision-making; • Ready access to information that expedites and helps to prioritize follow up actions • Ability to export to different formats (MS Word, MS Excel, etc. • Conformity with regulatory, internal and external audit requirements;
AfissTrackand the Defined Expectation for a Good Traceability System A “Traceability System” is a series of procedures designed to collect, keep and share identifying information at all stages of production through a facility, from inputs to outputs.” The AfissTrack system is designed to meet this expectation and more. . . It simplifies the process.
Credible and auditable Traceability Program In order to satisfy audit requirements, a facility must demonstrate that a traceability program has been established. The InvenTracksystem has been and can be used successfully to provide the documented evidence required.
The Difference • Simple, customizable, very versatile - platform is fully compatible with commonly used MS Office documentation and data management programs • Not restrictively elaborate • It is modular – you are able to obtain only one or more fully functional (stand alone) modules according to your need without paying for what you do not need.
It is used to: • keep track of pertinent information relating to the featured modules: • Food Safety & HACCP Document Control • Inventory & Traceability • Maintenance Activities (with the related assets and costs tracking) • Quality tracking and data management • Client Feedback (Compliments or complaints)
Users are able to: • Collect and store information about what is tracked, including information about the resources involved; • Assign responsibilities and schedule follow-up activities as applicable; • Track history, trends, costs, etc.; • Report on opportunities, trends, progress, status, etc. to management and the workforce; • Have readily accessible information during audits, etc.
The following are a sampling of the different data entry, viewing, analysis and reporting fields provided within the modules:
Start-up Screenwith a direct link to the Quick Start Instruction Manual
Maintenance Task Entry Form(with selection lists provided to simplify data entry)
InvenTrack - Material Tracking Form(with selection lists provided to simplify data entry)
Next Steps • Gather information relating to the required activities in your facility to populate the masters required by the module(s). The masters are generally the: • Item Lists • Categories Listing • External and Internal Contacts • Other Lists specific to each module as shown on its main menu. • Enter the basic “MASTERS” data using the “EDIT” links provided on the Main Menu for each module. • Once this is done, the AFISSTrack module(s) is/are ready to manage your tracking activities.
All You Need to Know and Use on A Routine Basis: • Data Entry Fields - for capturing and updating the required information • View Fields - for viewing the contents of the lists or masters, and data history • Reports Fields – for displaying historical and data tracking information.
System Requirements • Processor: Pentium III 800 MHZ or better • Ram memory (Ram): 256 MB (512 MB or higher for better performance) • Hard disk space: 512 MB (1GB or higher for better performance) • Operating system: Windows ME, 2000, XP, Vista • Resolution: 800 X 600 (minimum) • Software required: Microsoft Office 97 – 2003 or 2007 (full versions)
