  2. Why have a Community Café? • Explore questions that matter • Encourage everyone’s contribution • Listen for insight & share discoveries

  3. How does it work? • Each table needs a table host & a note taker • 3 different rounds of discussion with 3 unique questions • Each round of discussion will lastfor 20 minutes

  4. How does it work? • After the first and second round of discussion everyone • (except the table host) will move to a new table.

  5. How does it work? • Discuss the question at your table • Take notes on the table paper or on the colored 8 ½ x 11 paper • Write down a key insight or idea on the post-it to share onthe display board

  6. What does a table host do? • Encourage people at your table to write down ideas • Stay at the table when others leave and welcome new people • Briefly share key insights from the prior conversation

  8. If you have questions during the café. . . ask your Café Host!
