Tournament Day Support: All! • Specific Tasks • “Doggie” Bag Development : Pam Markiewicz (development done prior to Tournament Day once all items purchased / distribution done at “check in” on Tournament Day) • Hole Sponsor Sign Placement: Front 9 =Charlie Guice; Back 9 = Steve & Linda Hanan (Placement done morning of the tournament to be completed by 10 am--- Pam will have signs labeled with hole numbers) • Place Rules Sheets and towels on carts: Pam Markiewicz (prior to 10:30 am) • Scoring : JariTompuri, Pam Markiewicz (following completion of the Tournament) • Putting Contest: Mark Schmalz, Gary Macdecy, Caroline Royder(Takes place 1 pm until tournament completes) • Hit The Circle Conest: Green: Marianne Lonergan,JeriBlacklock; Tee Mr. Rodriguez, Tammy Porter(Takes place from 1 pm until tournament completes)—Volunteers work 12:30 – 6pm • Keg Duty on #2 (Sell/Pour beer): Jerry Czerwinski/Roland Hermann. Pour from 1 pm until tournament completes @ approx 6pm…or till out of beer…whichever comes first!) • Use the Pro: Brenda Stewart, Marty Rufsvold, JariTompuri (Head Pro at RCC) (Takes place 1 pm until tournament completes) • Welcome Table: ( Brenda Stewart, Colleen Pfeiffer, PaddieRarrick, Marlee Green, Caroline Royder, Lisa Arizpe). • (10:30 – 1pm) • Check in players (confirm handicap &payment) / give doggie bag/ stamp hand • Sell mulligans (max = 4 per group / 4 for $20 or $5 each) • Sell prize raffle tickets (6 for $20 or $5 each) • Sell 50/50 raffle tickets (7 for $5 or $1 each) • Monitor 5 buckets/ answer raffle item questions/ Explain lunch/ dinner • Promote on course contests (Putting contest, Use the Pro and Hit the circle) • 10. Contests & Events: • A Putting Contest will take place on the practice putting green as groups transit to #1. (Take one putt for $10. Closest to the pin at the end of the day wins 50% of the pot!) • 50/50 Raffle: Putting not your thing? Buy a raffle ticket at check-in for $1 each or 7 tickets for $5.00. Winner gets 50% of the pot! BAHS gets 50%. • Raffle Items: Buy your tickets at registration: $5 per ticket or 6 for $20 • A “Use the Pro” event will take place on #15. Use the Pro’s tee shot for a small ($20) team fee! • Mulligans : On sale at registration. $5 per mulligan . (Max per team = 4 mulligans). Mulligans may be used by any member of the team anywhere. • “Hit the Circle”: Players may wager on having their tee shot come to rest within one of two circles surrounding the hole on #2 green. Players landing within the outer/larger circle win the amount wagered. Players landing within the inner /smaller circle win double the amount bet. • Max wager = $20 • Keg: A keg will be positioned at #2 tee box. Purchase price is $2 per glass. • 8. A Pet Adoption Event (12 - 3pm) will take place between “The Turn” and the practice putting green. ($95 buys a neutered/spayed, micro-chipped dog ($65 for a cat) with current shots and UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for a LIFETIME…. It doesn’t get any better than that!)
