VARIABEL PENGEMBANGAN PEGAWAI menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 77,88 dan standar deviasi 8,934. VARIABEL MOTIVASI menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 98,64 dan standar deviasi 10,766 VARIABEL SEMANGAT KERJA
