Responsibilities • Direct the design, manufacture, and testing of aerospace products. • Evaluate designs to ensure that they meet customer, quality, and safety standards. • Ensure that proposals are technically and financially feasible. • We think that the best part of the job is working on things that others don’t get to. • The worst part would be malfunctioning parts.

Personal Qualities • Honesty, determination, and cooperation would be good qualities to have. • This fits our personalities because we are determined, and persistent. • This career would provide a good challenge and the sense of self worth that comes with doing things that. many others can’t do

  4. Education • Aerospace engineers require a bachelors degree. • Taking classes in chemistry, physics, trigonometry, and calculus. • Internships are also very helpful.

  5. Work setting • Aerospace engineers work full time in an office setting. • They don’t travel often as they can communicate through technology. • As they usually have to work extra hours the job can be stressful.

  6. Salary and benefits • Average starting salary of $69,600. • Experienced workers can expect around $83,340. • This occupation allows for very comfortable living.

  7. Job outlook • Job outlook is expected to grow 7% from 2012 to 2022. • JMT, Nasa, and Boeing are some jobs that will hire aerospace engineering.

  8. Personal thoughts • We think this job is good for us because we are determined and patient which are two skills that you need to be in this job.
