  1. How Do I Use the DegreeWorks Student Audit Worksheet?

  2. DegreeWorks Your Guide to Degree Completion The DegreeWorks audit worksheet is a web-based tool that provides real-time advice for degree progression. DegreeWorks is designed to aid and facilitate academic advising, but it is not intended to replace advising sessions.

  3. DegreeWorks DegreeWorks uses the student’s catalog year and associated degree requirements to produce a degree audit worksheet. DegreeWorks data is updated nightly. Any modifications to student data, such as a change in registration, change of major, and change of grades, will be reflected within 24 hours.

  4. DegreeWorks • A DegreeWorks audit is available for students on curriculum sheets dated fall 2010 or later. That is, the student’s catalog year for the major must be 2010-2011 or later. • A student on a curriculum prior to fall 2010 can use the What-If function of the DegreeWorks degree audit. However, the audit will be based on degree requirements for the current academic year.

  5. DegreeWorks • Any course work taken on the quarter system will not be applied by DegreeWorks. If you have quarter work, please see your advisor for information about outstanding degree requirements. • A complete DegreeWorks audit may not be available for students who transferred to GSW prior to fall 2014. If you fall into this category, please refer to the transfer evaluation mailed at the time of your acceptance or see your advisor to determine application of transferred courses.
