Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Teilnahme von Drittlandstudierenden am ERASMUS-Programm (alle Förderlinien) ist möglich, sofern Studierende ordentlich eingeschrieben sind, d.h. Abschluss verfolgen (keine Austauschstudierenden) •  „The student must be either a national of a country participating in the Lifelong Learning Programme or a national of another country enrolled in regular courses in institutions of higher education in the participating country…“

Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Förderfähigkeit aufnehmender Einrichtungen I: • Weiterhin nicht förderfähig: • EU institutions and other EU bodies including specialised agencies (their exhaustive list is available on the website ec.europa.eu/institutions/index_en.htm); • organisations managing EU programmes (in order to avoid a possible conflict of interests and/or double funding); • representations or public institutions of the home country of the student, e.g. embassies, consulates,.

Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Förderfähigkeit aufnehmender Einrichtungen II: • placements in other representations or public institutions like cultural institutes, schools etc. might be allowed provided that the requirement of transnationality is met (i.e. that the student gains additional benefits through the cross border placements as compared to a similar placement in his home country). • It is the responsibility of the home institution to check and judge if the required criteria are met. Nachweis im Training Agreement

  9. Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Anerkennung: • durch ECTS, Diploma Supplement oder – wenn nicht möglich – im transcript of records • Beantragung des Europass Mobilität wird dringend empfohlen

Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Praktika in zwei Ländern/ Orten: •  “A placement mobility to multiple locations is only allowed when the host enterprise/organisation signing the Training Agreement takes the responsibility for the whole duration of the placement. This implies that there is a relationship between the multiple host enterprises/organisations (e.g. the hosts are the headquarters of an enterprise and its branches in the same or different host countries) and that only one Training Agreement is signed.”

Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Verhalten während Betriebsferien: •  “For placements, the period of mobility abroad may be interrupted by the enterprise holidays if the enterprise is closed during this period. The grant is maintained during this period. The closure period does not count towards the minimum duration of a placement period.”

Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • Abbruch/Unterbrechung eines Praktikums auf Grund von höherer Gewalt: • Sofern Mindestdauer von 3 Monaten nicht erreicht ist: •  “… it is allowed to give him or her a second chance on the following conditions: • the new mobility period shall be of the same type as the interrupted one (study or placement); • a new learning/training agreement must be signed; • reporting shall be done separately for each of both mobility periods. • bei Abbruch NACH 3 Monaten: keine 2. Möglichkeit

  13. Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • weitere wichtige Informationen: • bei Praktika: Förderung von Studierenden weiterhin ab dem 1. Studienjahr • für Praktika (auch an Hochschulen) wird generell KEIN bilateral agreement benötigt; Praktikaförderung kann aber aufgenommen werden • EILC: bei Beantragung eines EILC durch Praktikanten eines Konsortium muss Förderung über das Konsortium, nicht über eigene HS beantragt werden • Beantragung von ‚special needs‘ auch für Praktika möglich

  14. Neue Entwicklungen bei Praktika im Programmjahr 2010/11 • weitere wichtige Informationen: • Ausnahmen bei Praktikumsdauer: 31. Oktober N+1, wenn Praktikum vor dem 1. Juni begonnen hat • Die Frist für den Abschlussbericht bleibt davon unberührt, d.h. 15.Oktober 2010/ 14. Oktober 2011
