Additional Means for Safe Operation... • Use a life safetyrope to extend the length of the chains or tie off strap • Interior work; use a long pry bar in doorway • Use the door jam itself • Span two immovable objects with life safetyrope, keeping the angle as straight as possible
Elevation Safety Stop Pin... • It is a SAFETYSTOP ! • NEVER pull (override) in portable mode • Reaction forces will remain within footprint of portable monitor base, unless pulled • Should only be pulled when monitor is mounted on deck pipe on apparatus • Make sure stop pin is engaged when changing from deck mode to portable mode • Always use tie down method to secure monitor
