Blue'Log Data Logger • The data loggers record all data from PV systems centrally and ensure compliance with the national and international requirements of grid operators along with country-specific feed-in regulations according to the system size. • The new generation results from the continued development of the WEB’log series and offers useful new functionality and a flexibly extensible system to meet the requirements of the future energy landscape. • The X-Series sets new standards in areas including safety, installation, maintenance, usability and networking of web portal, and data logger.
Benefits • Cost reduction due to modular system • Timely commissioning with quick-start wizard • Lower monetary commitment due to efficient warehousing: one device to meet every requirement • Time-saving support with live access over a secure connection • Future ready through hardware modularity and regular firmware updates • Security from encryption and prepared for future security requirements • Lower costs due to mixed mode inverter operation with different manufacturers • Better return on investment through fulfillment of all regulatory requirements for trading on electricity market
Blue'Log X-Series Specifications • Supply voltage: 20 - 60 V DC • Current consumption: typically 5 W • Operating temperature: -20 - 70°C • Protection class: IP 20 • Dimensions: 110 x 148 x 63 mm • Installation:Wall installation, Top-hat rail installation in electrical distribution board, in control cabinets • Modem: Ethernet connection (10 / 100 MBit)
Blue'Log X-Series Specifications • Display/operation:1 x display (291 x 118 pixels)3 x LED2 x operating buttons + 1 directional pad1 x reset button3 x DIP switches for bus termination • Communication:2 x RS485/RS422 (auto-detection)1 x CAN4 x digital/analog inputs (dry contact, S0, voltage input (0 - 24 V, 0 - 1 V, 0 - 100 mV)current input (0 - 20 mA), PT1000, configurable via software)4 x digital outputs (open collector max. 60 V/100 mA or voltage output max. 200 mA; configurable via software)4 x digital inputs (dry contact, for e.g. ripple control receiver, S0, configurable via software)
VCOM Web Interface The VCOM (Virtual Control Room) provides a performance overview of your entire system portfolio worldwide – in a straightforward manner and available at all times. In the event of a breakdown, faults are quickly located and rectified very efficiently. The web-based user interface can be adjusted exactly for your needs – for each specific workflow.
Safer'Sun Web Interface The data recorded by the system data logger is transmitted to the meteocontrol servers and compared on safer’Sun Professional with simulated values for the expected energy production. These values are calculated from the configuration of the system and the present weather conditions. Significant inconsistencies trigger an alarm automatically via email or text message. safer’Sun Professional allows analyses in full depth and simple configuration of all alarm criteria to safely operate a PV system.
