Competency Demonstration ReportCDR • A document needed by EA to demonstrate your skills and knowledge as an engineer. • CDR is required in those cases where qualifications are non- accredited or from non-accord countries.  • Engineers Australia, EA assesses your CDR Project Report Before deciding whether you fit into the occupational category you applied for or not. • As an applicant, your focus should be to find the correct alignment between what you have achieved and what EA desires.  • Your CDR comprises a Continuing Professional Development (CPD), three career episodes, and the summary statement.

  7. (4) Engineering Manager- • Academics qualification- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field after 12 years of schooling. • Reviews Engineering operations. • Able to formulate strategies, policies, and plan in the field of engineering.

Steps To Write A Quality CDR Report • Personal Information- passport-style photos, Prime ID, Name Changing Documents (if needed), CV/Resume, and English language test results. • Application- Nominate your preferred occupational category. • Education- Prepare academics certification, transcription, and other relevant academics documentation. • Skilled Employment- Evidence of employment based on career episodes of engineering experiences or relevant skilled employment services. • Report-Prepare CPD statement, Career Episode, and summary statement. • Submit- Once the entire above details are prepared, you are now ready to lodge a CDR Application.
