Teacher Log-in, Part 1 • Username = your email address • Password = ddeifk • You will then be prompted to create a new password and confirm it. • Please note: you must use the default password to initially sign in; last year’s password won’t work.
Teacher Log-in, Part 2 • If at a later date you don’t remember your password, select the “Forgot Password?” link to have it sent to you.
Teacher Log-in, Part 3 • After confirming password, you will be prompted to enter: 1. First Name 2. Last Name 3. School District 4. School Name 5. Degree-related Info 6. Number of kindergarten teaching years
Teacher Log-in, Part 4 • Then hit “Submit.” • You must enter the first four fields in order to successfully submit. • You will then see the student management grid where you will be able to enter student names.
Student Management Grid • You must enter the following info for each of their kindergarten students: • Student Last Name (legal name) • Student First Name (legal name) • Student WISER ID • Student Birth date • Student Grade (K or PK) • You must hit “Save Changes” in order for the students to be successfully loaded.
Student Management Grid • Instead of entering students one by one in the student management table, you may also upload an excel spreadsheet of all your students. • Once a student is entered and saved, then the IF-K survey will be made available for that student.
Teacher Feedback Survey • You also should complete the Teacher Feedback Survey. • This is on the website.
Due Dates • The IF-K on each student must be completed between Oct. 1- Nov. 19th. • Student demographic information may be entered now. • The Teacher Feedback Survey must be completed by December 17th.
Report Features • Online reporting features will be added to the site in October. • Classroom reports, school-wide reports, and district reports will be available. • If you want to look at Fall 2009 reports, go to • www.ddesurvey.com/ifk09
