    7. Personality Definition Personality refers the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts to and interacts with others. Types of personality Extraversion: It captures ones comfort level with relationship. Person who is extraversion may be gregarious( outgoing), assertive(self-confident) and sociable. Introvert: Reserved, timid(shy) and quiet Agreeableness: Co-operative, warm and trusty. It captures ones propensity to differ to others. Low agreeable experiences cold, disagreeable and antagonistic.

    8. Personality types Conscientiousness( care): It measure the persons reliability. These persons are responsible, organized, dependable and persistent. Those who score low in this are easily distracted, disorganized and unreliable Emotional stability: People with positive emotional stability tend to be Calm, self confident and secure. People with negative emotional stability tend to be nervous, anxious depressed and in secure. Openness to experience : Extremely openness are creative, curious and aesthetically, sensitive. Those who are other end may experiences conventional and find comfort in the familiar.

    9. Big 5 Model The above said 5 models are called as big 5 model of personality measurement. Those who posses all the 5, they will be in top position in any job. Ex : Indra Nooji, CEO and chair person in Pepsi Co.
