Personality refers the sum total of ways in which an individual reacts to and interacts with others.
Types of personality
Extraversion:
It captures ones comfort level with relationship. Person who is extraversion may be gregarious( outgoing), assertive(self-confident) and sociable.
Introvert: Reserved, timid(shy) and quiet
Agreeableness: Co-operative, warm and trusty. It captures ones propensity to differ to others. Low agreeable experiences cold, disagreeable and antagonistic.

It measure the persons reliability. These persons are responsible, organized, dependable and persistent. Those who score low in this are easily distracted, disorganized and unreliable
Emotional stability:
People with positive emotional stability tend to be Calm, self confident and secure. People with negative emotional stability tend to be nervous, anxious depressed and in secure.
Openness to experience :
Extremely openness are creative, curious and aesthetically, sensitive. Those who are other end may experiences conventional and find comfort in the familiar.
