Accident Reporting • Safety programs are designed to keep our employees safe • Accidents can still happen • Reporting accidents can help fill gaps in our safety programs • Reporting can prevent accidents from happening again in the future

Accident Reporting • Slips, trips, and falls may seem insignificant to some, but may be quite hazardous to others. • All hazards should be reported so that they can be investigated and removed.
