Atlético Santa Rosa • GOALS • Provide continuous growth of Atletico SR in recreational and competitive levels within the community. • To enhance the technical, tactical, mental, and athletic capacities of each individual. • To develop and encourage positive social attitudes, whether on or off the field.

Atlético Santa Rosa • METHODOLOGY • To enhance the fundamentals of soccer: • Basic skills; coordination, movement, rules. • Strategies, techniques, timing. • Promote sportsmanship. • Training: • Physical training limited by age and level. • Designed, monitored, directed by highly qualified and certified instructors. • Environment: • Establish a culture appropriate for age group. • Supply all necessary equipment to achieve the educational goal.
