What is a Site Supervisor • The on-site coordinator responsible for: • Equipment, materials, subcontractors and personnel • Resolving issues • Meeting schedule timeline • Working to design • Typically operates from a vehicle and tours the jobsite continuously • Has not typically had GPS positioning readily available without consulting field crews

Project Supervision • On site supervision is required on all major works including: • Construction site • Mining • Landfill • Highways/Roading • All companies use their supervisors differently, however they all have the same basic needs: • Where am I • Where should we be • What status are we at • What should be here • Do I have the right people and equipment here • When do I change the crew or machine
