Using Mobile Money Pre-requisites: • Signed up to the service • Sufficient balance in your bank account • Aware of your PIN. • It is of 5 characters in length and can be combinations of alphabets and numbers • PIN is case sensitive • Aware of the Beneficiary’s Mobile Number and Name • The beneficiary’s mobile number receives the necessary Remit Code to encash • The beneficiary’s name that you input should resemble the name in his/her citizenship

  3. Using Mobile Money Sending Instructions Type “SEND” to indicate your intention to make a remittance transaction Type your unique PIN after a space. Eg your PIN is PiN21 Type the Beneficiary’s full name and mobile number, without space. Eg. Beneficiary’s name is Amit Rai and mobile no. is 9841400896 Type the Amount you need to Remit. Eg. Rs. 5,000 Send to 2002 | Send | PiN21 | | amitrai9841400896 5000
