  2. 2 Corinthians 12:7-10 • 7 Because of the surpassing greatness of the revelations, for this reason, to keep me from exalting myself, there was given me a thorn in the flesh, a messenger of Satan to torment me—to keep me from exalting myself! 8 Concerning this I implored the Lord three times that it might leave me. 9 And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. 10 Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions, with difficulties, for Christ’s sake; for when I am weak, then I am strong.

  10. 7 Feb 2009 • Fell a little over 5 stories • Had 4 contusions • Broke 53 bones, including: • 3 breaks in my back with a partially severed spinal cord. • Aug 2009 • Began classes at Lee University • 9 April 2012 • Permanently retired from the Air Force/military. • 5 May 2012 • Graduated from Lee University with a BS in Mathematics.

  11. What’s Next…? 2. Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead 7 July 2012: Hired to teach at Walker Valley High -teaching students Algebra 1 -wanting to be a living example for everyone I come into contact with.
