  3. Agenda • Briefly introduction to working philosophy • Case concerning intervention, player development in RBK

Working philosophy • Psychological competencies has to be an integrated part of the (football) culture on 3 levels (Stambulova): • Operational level • Situational level • Career level • LPP approach (Lave & Wenger); Intervention in cultures of experts • From micro to macro level => focusing on the player, the players relations and the players environments! • Focus on practical and meaningful intervention – it has to work and make sense when I’m not there! • Use of cognitive-behavioural techniques alongside a broader existential focus
