  30. 涂料缺陷及投诉的解决方案 1. 从客户、销售或KCC技术服务处接收信息. 2. 首次分析投诉内容 * 如因涂料质量缺陷引发的投诉，KCC将立即向客户提供我司的解决方案. 3. 继续分析投诉内容 与客户及船厂共同进行涂装监督检测，实行检测方案应予以贯彻执行. 4. 向客户反馈KCC的建议 5. 客户接受建议，投诉解决. * 若KCC的意见不被采纳，将另外进行进一步的分析与测试. * 与客户（业主）沟通，共同解决问题. 6. 信息反馈至相关部门以避免类似的投诉再次发生.
