Before 3 month following the project order to Alcatel- Lucent the BP : Fills Destruction/recycling certificate form with all required information Send the filled form and scanned copy of a document proving the recycling of old equipments, by email to Supportcenter.ebg@alcatel-lucent.com subject: TRANSFORM Program Alcatel-Lucent will check documents for all projects. If the BP doesn’t follow the program rules he will be excluded from the program and Alcatel-Lucent reserve the right to ask reimbursement of discount allowed. 2010 BP Sales and performances rewards • 2010 sales rewards are focusing on the strict perimeter defined in Transform and Leverage programs.
