PocketGphone is a VoIP client that adheres to the Session Initiated Protocol (“SIP”) standard for voice communications on IP networks. SIP enables network managers to connect the VoIP world to the Public Switch Telephone Network (“PSTN”) through SIP/PSTN gateways. Pocket Gphone has been optimized for the resource constraints of PocketPC devices and is based on the proprietary Gphone Engine.
