Stockist Agent Program發貨代理店方案 • 對象 區代理精選並具備法人資格 • 訂貨量 首次訂單需達50箱果汁以上，續購訂單需達20箱果汁以上。 • 付款規定 訂購同時需全額支付 • 報單規定 60日內完成所有訂單至香港分公司 • 發貨津貼 總訂購積分之5%(PV值) • Applicant • 5K Select Agent and with his/her business license. • Inventory Standard • Initial order of 50 cases or above of Juice; • 20 cases or above for 2nd order after. • Payment Standard • Full payment of purchase • Inventory Period • Within 60 calendar days following the date of the order. • Pay of Stockist • 5% of the total purchase volume (based on 100PV) for any cases ordered and sold during the 60 days period.

  11. 依照【禁止傳銷條例】與【直銷管理條例】According to 【Regulation on the Prohibition of Pyramid selling】& 【Regulation on Direct Selling Administration】 • 在中國，人發展人成為組織視為傳銷；任何人都不可透過發展人的組織時要求繳納費用而獲取非法利益。 • 任何人或單位都有權力舉發傳銷活動；舉報者有獎勵可得。 • 在中國，上下線關係視為傳銷。 • Pyramid selling as used herein means an act, which organizers or operators sponsors persons, and calculate and pay bonus based on the number or the sales of directly and indirectly sponsored persons, or obtain illegal interest by forcing the sponsored persons to pay amount of entry fee as the condition to meet the entry requirements. • Any entities or individuals, upon discovering the pyramid selling activities, have the right to report the case. If the case is proved to be true, the reporters shall be rewarded. • Organizer or operators sponsor persons, force the sponsored persons to sponsor others to built up the up and down line relationship, calculate and pay the payment to the up line sponsors based on the sales of the down line to obtain the illegal interest.

  12. 透過網路散播傳銷資訊者會被工商局查處。 • 透過經營名義欺騙他人離開居住場所並限制其人身自由，視為傳銷。 • 工商局 (司法單位)與公安局(警察局)均有權利制止與稽查傳銷行為。 • Where anyone use the internet and other medias to issue the information contained pyramid selling, the Administration for Industry and Commerce shall conduct the investigation on it together with the telecom department and other relevant departments in accordance with this law • Where anyone conducting pyramid-selling activities, cheating others away from their domicile to assemble to illegally by the manner of introducing jobs and conducting business activities, it shall be conducted investigation in accordance with the law by public security organ, together with the Administration for Industry and Commerce. • In the case of a criminal suspect, the Administration for Industry and Commerce shall transfer the case to public security organs to file for investigation when conducting investigation on pyramid selling act. The public security organs shall file and investigate the pyramid selling case, and shall transfer the case to the Administration for Industry and Commerce in accordance with the law if the case does not constitute crime.
