Project Background • Partnerships developed prior to applying for funding • Research and pilot funded by West Midlands Homeless Forum to provide adequate information about Rough Sleepers population and need for service • Looking at existing projects with innovative solutions and use of assistive technology

  3. NSNO in West Midlands • Covering Central West Midlands and Warwickshire LA • Project workers based across the region • Funded by West Midlands Homeless Forum and Homeless Link

  4. Aims and aspirations • To locate engage and support individuals of the street • To provide holistic service supporting customers through the journey • To support with things that matters for individuals • To capture individuals before they become rough sleepers

  5. Project delivery • Combining innovative solutions : • Outreach and Peer Support • Engaging with customers through existing services • Individual Budgets • Outcome Start to help with capturing the outcomes • Street Link • Chain
