We recognize the importance of a diverse workforce for the delivery of the highest quality care to people of different cultures, beliefs and behavior. We strive to tailor that care to meet patients’ social, cultural and linguistic needs.
A Diverse Workforce Serving a Diverse Community Of MetroHealth’s more than 6,100 employees, 31 percent are ethnic minorities, including 16 percent of our physicians and 13 percent of our nursing staff. 238 MetroHealth physicians are bi-multilingual; 49 languages are spoken.
