2. 2 • IMPORTANT NOTE • In order to make payments of MTNL Mobile Bills online, one time registration for user id & password is required. • First time users,please click here or go to Slide No. - 3, to know the procedure of registration for user-id & password. • Registered users, please click here or go to Slide No. -15, to know the procedure for online payments.

6. 6 Click on “Mobile/3G” tab as shown below and webpage as shown in next slide will open Click on Mobile/ 3G tab

7. 7 -: PLEASE NOTE:- For registration please keep your Mobile No. & Account No. handy. To know your Account Number Pls see Top Left area on your Mobile bill OR Call Customer Care on 1503 OR Visit the nearest MTNL Customer Service Centre On the webpage below, click “Create Sign In” Click on Create Sign In for new registration

8. 8 Click on "Click to get Person ID" link as shown below Click here (8 –Digit)

9. 9 Enter your Account No. & Mobile No. in respective boxes and click on “Search” button. A pop-up window will appear as shown in next slide. Please Note that the mobile no should be in 12 digit, i.e, add 91 before the mobile no.

10. 10 From the pop-up window please note the generated “Person-ID” number and click “OK” button of the pop-up (encircled below) Note that the mobile no should be in 12 digit, i.e, add 91 before the mobile no. Note the Person ID from this pop-up window Click “OK”

11. 11 Now enter the “Person ID” in the “Person ID box” and Click on "Continue“ button as shown below. Enter Person ID here & Click “Continue” button Continue button

12. 12 After clicking “continue” button in last step, the screen below will appear. Fill in the details as per the instructions to complete the registration and click “Submit Registration". Please note the User-ID & Password entered during registration for subsequent logins. Keep your password secure. Click “Submit Registration”

13. 11 On successful registration the “Registration Confirmation” screen as below will appear. Kindly check the details Registered. In order make online payments, now click “Sign In” for Loging in. Click “Sign In” for Login

19. Please enter your User-Id & Password in the window shown below. Enter User Id & password & click “Sign In”

20. 20 On successful login, the page below will appear . Now click on “Account Management” link. Click “Account Management” Click Here to show unpaid bills

21. 21 On Clicking “Account Management” in last step, the page shown below will appear. Click on “View Bills”. Click “View Bills” Click Here to show unpaid bills NOTE: The user can also view Payment History/Services/Accounts as encircled above

22. 22 Select the Account displayed Now Select Account No. from drop down menu. Click here “Account No.” will be shown After Selecting Account No., enter From & To date using calendar icon. Enter “From” date & “To” date

23. 23 Click to select “Bill No.” On entering the Account No. & the Period (Dates), Bill summary as shown below will appear. Click the desired Bill Number and choose the Payment option Choose your “Payment Option” by selecting radio buttons

24. 24 In case you have chosen to pay through “ICICI Payment Gateway”, the screen below will appear. Enter “Your Name”, click Credit/Debit Card radio button & click on “Pay”. Thereafter follow the GATEWAY instructions. - In case you have chosen to pay through “Bill Desk”, the screen below will appear. Now, choose your bank from “Select Payment Option” drop down menu and click “Submit”.Thereafter follow the GATEWAY instructions. _

25. 25 On completion of the transaction, the transaction details popup window will appear. Click “OK” tabto see the payment details (encircled). To print e-receipt click “OK” tab. Click “OK” Click “OK”

26. 26 Now, the e-receipt as shown below will be displayed. Please click “Print” tab to print the same. You may see your payment history as indicated in the NOTE below. -: NOTE:- You may click “Payment History” to view/print other payment details. Click “OK” Click “Print”

27. 27 Click on “Sign Out" link as shown below Click “Sign Out” Now you are empowered to view your mobile bills and make payments online at click of mouse, right from the comfort of your home or office.
