What advice would you give to someone preparing for the interview?
At the interview • make a good impression by • having a clean, neat appearance • being on time and not leaving early • showing that you are open-minded and want to learn all you can • being willing to help out in whatever way is needed • a smile and a generally cheerful attitude doesn’t hurt

Unemployment • People can get social security/unemployment benefit • should be registered by an employment service agency • Many people prefer staying at home • Salaries are very low • Few vacancies • Young people: • employers require experience • Starting salary is low • Prefer going abroad to find a job • Women • take care of young children • Get maternity allowance • Many become homeless
