  1. Right Time to Invest-NH-24 • The National Highway-24 has emerged as the most preferred destination for investors to invest in housing properties due to the surge in prices of residential real estate across key UP cities - Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. In recent years, NH-24 has risen as a prime alternative for those seeking affordable homes. Wave City NH- 24 Development Status • Construction /development of site camp is in full swing, site office and site lab is complete with walls, roofing to start on Monday (i.e 20/12/10) onwards. • Construction of 45 m road connecting NH-24 has been started at the site, Approx. 650 meter length of road is complete with GSB. • Cleaning, grubbing & demarcation of main arterial road (57 meter wide road) started at site. • Establishment of Nursery is in full swing. • Development works– Public health services like sewer, storm water drain, rain water harvesting has been started in sector 2 & 4. • Community site hoardings – construction started. • Complete demarcation /site survey has been completed. Demarcation of roads in sector 1 and 3 is in progress. • Construction/ development of all site related establishment like store, security, plants, and machinery installation in progress.
