Introducción • "El más poderoso de los instrumentos modernos -la información- quizás sea el único instrumento capaz de cerrar la brecha entre el mundo que es y el mundo que podría ser el único instrumento que puede aliviar la ignorancia causante de mala salud y sufrimiento.“ • La tecnología permite recopilar, analizar, almacenar y recuperar la información a velocidades y con costos inimaginables.
