Overview • Comprehensive • Measure student growth • 3-6 Samples (individuals and groups) • Reflect programs and courses taught • Blind, holistic review done online by 2 colleagues with content area expertise
SGP: Full Scale vs. Pilot • Initiation form with principal’s signature • 3-6 samples with 2 evidences per sample • System ID used to match for review Proposed Full Scale Spring 2013 Pilot • Online profile with no signature needed • 2 samples with 2 evidences per sample • Pilot ID from NCDPI used to match for review
SGP: Full Scale vs. Pilot • Descriptive feedback from review • Year 1 implementation is 2013-2014 • All AE, HL and WL teachers Proposed Full Scale Spring 2013 Pilot • Generate list of phrases for descriptive feedback • Pilot informs NCEES • 35 educators from each content area
