Self-Esteem • Self-esteem is recognition and regard for oneself and one’s abilities. • Self-esteem is essential for a positive attitude. • Self-esteem builds confidence. • Confidence generates success. • Success builds self-esteem.
How To Build Self-Esteem • Make a list of your abilities and successes. • Set reachable goals and work to achieve them. • Think about how you have had a positive impact on someone else’s life, and strive to continue to help other people. • Work on improving your abilities.
