Certified Trainer Renewals • CT renewal notices sent in early March • Return by March 31, 2006 ensures continued CT services • Ability to order curriculum for the classes on which you are certified • Ability to market your CT status • Continued access to the CT Web Site and supporting class and curriculum materials • On-going communications directly to CT regarding services, class set-up changes, news on data file and/or interim releases • Discounted renewal price if ordered by March 31, 2006 • CT Login and Password to change on April 1, 2006

Certified Trainer Program Guidelines • What constitutes a Sage Certified Class? • Sage Certified Course Curriculum • Sage Certified Trainer • Training mirrors material • One-one-One customized training • Content covered based upon customer’s needs • Can be done using Sage Certified Course Curriculum • Is not considered a Sage Certified Class • Sage Certified Certificate of completion should not be provided • Sign-in Sheets not necessary

Certified Trainer Program Guidelines • Guidelines for obtaining CT status on additional classes • Step 1: Submit an Additional Trainer Certification Application • Step 2: Purchase trainer curriculum and pass (80% or higher) the current version product assessment Note: Trainer curriculum fee includes assessment Important Final Step

Certified Trainer Program Guidelines • Step 3: Attend the product training class on which you plan to become certified and submit class certificate of completionto Sage Software Note: Step 3 must be completed on the most current version of the software or within the last twelve months. • Where “Product Training Class” is noted: • Applicants may complete this step at Sage Software, an ATC or by an employee of your company who has been a Certified trainer for that class for at least six months and has submitted to Sage Software student evaluations that reflect an above average score of 4.0 or higher. • Trainer eligibility must be confirmed by Sage Software in advance of taking the course. Nonprofit Solutions • Sage Software University – target launch April 1st…no Fooling! • Single web site for all Sage customers and partners -- where they can view catalogs of classroom and online courses, create customized learning plans based on recommended course tracks, register for training, pay for training, track their progress, and launch self-paced courses. • Framed as a virtual university, our Sage Learning Services web site will host unique web pages for each business unit so customers and partners can easily find the courses related to their software. The site is being designed to easily enable students to find information on all types of training and easily check-out, receive confirmation notices and join information.
