    2. Reagent Rental Program What is a Reagent Rental Program? Places equipment at a customer at no cost. Recoups the cost of the equipment by charging a per reagent (MicroPlate™) surcharge.

Offers a program that may fit a customer’s budgetary constraints better than a capital purchase. Offers a program that may fit a customer’s purchasing department’s constraints better than a capital purchase. It may allow a customer to purchase very quickly and not have to wait a year or more.

    5. Reagent Rental Program Details of Biolog Reagent Rental Program This is trial program with a limited time offer. Good on offers until February 29, 2008. Provides for a substantially discounted price on equipment, software and database when combined with MicroPlate™ order commitment. Requires a firm, non-cancellable standing order for a specific volume of MicroPlates™ per month, backed up by a purchase order. Term of the agreement is 48 months. Price increases limited to 3% per year. Does not include other consumables, validation, other databases, freight, or taxes.
