Training Objectives • Develop a solid understanding of the purpose of municipal performance measurement and a solid framework • Build skills to design, develop and operationalize a performance measurement system, identify benchmarks, and turn the PM system into a management tool to promote equity and inclusiveness • Review performance measurement models that trigger improvements in equitable public service delivery, transparency and public decision-making • Review practical cases where performance measurement systems have helped local governments to respond to real community needs while working towards equity and inclusiveness
