Purpose • This hands-on session will examine key reports for store management. With a myriad of parameters controlling the selection and sorting of data that appears on reports, you’ll analyze which sort and selection criteria are most appropriate for these reports and how choosing inappropriate sort and selection criteria may not provide the information you need. Reports from ICS, POS, and IAS will be explored.
