  3. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT Information Services Portal Home Page Important messages and latest news items will appear here under Broadcasts Select to reveal report categories This box will only show if you have access to multiple organisations

  4. Select Report Categories to reveal relevant Report categories (you will only see categories you are authorised to view) Select to exit and return to the homepage SELECTING AND VIEWING REPORTS

  6. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT The report category ‘Dispensing Monitoring’ is selected, revealing the reports available Select if you wish to exit and return to the homepage Select MIS (Management Information Spreadsheet) you will be directed to a new screen

  7. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT Screen user will see if they have access to 1 Organisation To view report click on download

  8. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT Screen user will see if they have access to multiple organisations To view report click on download

  9. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT Default view of MIS Report downloaded into Excel

  10. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT Users of MIS Reports can select from 24 months of reports Click on Data Selector

  11. SELECT AND VIEW REPORT To change the time period of the report Select year of report to view Select month of report to view Select “Get Report” After selecting “Get Report” you will be taken back to the screen to download the report

  12. BOOKMARK REPORT Click on star to bookmark report

  14. Report Information Click on “i” to take you to Report Information

  15. Report Information Click here to view Report Information for MIS

  16. Report Information The MIS Report information page opens in a new window

  17. Select to exit the Information Services Portal LOGOUT You will be logged out of the Information Services Portal and directed back to the LOGIN page. If you do not submit any requests for 30 minutes the system will time out and you will automatically be logged out of the system. If the Information Services Reports Portal is disconnected due to a system failure you will automatically be logged out of the system.
