About company Open joint-stock company “AKKOND” is large, dynamically developing food enterprise of the Chuvash Republic, holding its place among top ten companies of confectionery industry of Russia. OJSC “AKKOND” produces more than 50 thousand tons of cofection per year: chocolates, desserts, various types of caramel, fruits in chocolate, waffles, crackers, pastry – more than 500 product names. Products of “AKKOND” brand proved their flawless quality, which is confirmed by high level of consumer demand and prestigious awards. Supplies of products are performed by OJSC “AKKOND” not only to regions of the Russian Federation but also to 13 countries of CIS and abroad. 2

Goals and tasks • The project implies the increasing of production capacity, competitiveness of plant in the confection market, enhancing the range of high quality confectionary products and developing of modern technological line for sponge cake desserts production. • Introducing a high tech line of production of sponge cake desserts. • Introducing new production facility for confectionary manufacturing.   4. Options Cost of project 1,100 million rubles Projected sales (plan 2013 – 2015) Project financing is performed with own and borrowed funds. Social effect: - project implies the creation of 400 additional jobs; - improvement of workplace conditions and welfare of employees; - providing population with high quality finished (sweet) products. Budget effect: - According to the project, it is implied that the sum of tax payments to republican budget of the Chuvash Republic will be 30.8 million rubles.
