Some Trends in Mobile Computing • Today: • closed applications or systems • most information is „on board“ • simple or heavy in/out-devices (2D, textual) • Tomorrow: • connectivity • open mobile information space (mobile internet) • small („invisible“) in/out-devices(multimodal, VR, AR) • new qualities: intelligent, situation-aware environments & applications
