  3. Operations Management System (OMS) • Web Link • No Separate Password Needed • Send New User Requests to District OMS Coordinator • OMS HELP DESK • 502-564-6818

  4. Nighttime Visual Inspection (NTVI) Form • Roadway>Reports>Jasper Reports • KYTC NTVI Form 11.jrxml • Right click>Show Report (PDF) • Enter County Number • Currently Paper Only

  5. NTVI Results • Resources>Materials>Inventory>Nighttime Visual Inspection Results • Transaction Warning > Click OK • Right Click>Filter • Select Desired Filters • Highlight on left hand side • Populate on right hand side • Enter Results

  6. Detail Sign Installation Reports • Roadway>Reports>Jasper Reports>Detail Sign Installation Report.jrxml • Right Click>Show Report (PDF) • Enter County Number • Currently Filters by County Only

  7. SMS Quarterly Updates • Contains Program Updates • Updated Roadside Inventory Numbers • Activity Summaries for Each District • Signs manufactured with barcode • Signs installed with mobile device • Next update: June 2013 • Email tracy.nowaczyk@ky.gov to be included on SMS distribution list

Current Program Status • ADD Inventory Collection Contracts Ongoing • Majority of State Inventoried by End of Year • All Districts have Mobile Devices and Barcodes • All Districts have Qualified Nighttime Visual Inspectors • Begin NTVI When Ready • Use Department Object NTVI to code work orders
