Evaluate Current Issues • Potential participants are referred by the CASC but never make it for an intake. • Participants drop out of treatment. • Participants show little to no motivation for treatment.
Improve Intake “No Shows” • Give bus tokens to CASCs for participants • Give business cards to all CASCs for participants • Invite CASCs to our Agency
Present Business Cards to CASC Assessors • Reduce “no shows” from 37% to 30% each month • By giving participants business cards, our hope is to create a personal connection between the participant and the admission person at our program. • Monitor how many participants came with business cards during intake. • Most participants came with business cards and enrollment is currently full.
Success/No Success • Our goal was to reduce “no shows” to 30%; we reduced to 14%. • Better relationship with our CASCs. • Group attendance for first group after admission went from 69% to 100%. • Stay on top of your strategies or people forget.
Increase Participant Continuation • Provide participants with incentives • Obtain donations to provide incentives • Raise money to provide incentives
Salad Express • Staff sold salad bar style lunches to members of our community. • Profit was over $100 and allowed us to motivate our participants to attend group.

Rowland Street A suggested donation of $4.50 would be greatly appreciated This is a fund raising event to help support our participants and provide them with further opportunity to enhance healthy social skills. We have implemented this project to help increase admissions and the continuation of treatment. Our goals are to achieve a more positive treatment outcomes, increase interaction with peers, and challenge everyone to rise above any perceived limitation. Each month we will present the winner with a gift card for achieving all treatment goals for the month. Staff will be preparing the food. Salad Toppings include: Sliced Beets Corn Onions Tomatoes Cucumbers Olives Cheese Broccoli Chicken Breast Crab Meat Ham Turkey Carrots Cauliflower Black Beans Boiled Eggs Chives Bell Pepper SPONSORED BY STAFF OF COMMUNITY RECOVERY SERVICES.
