The control tower The control tower is basiclly like a traffic light for airplanes. It is where they control all the planes leaving the airport. They also use radars and radios keep watch. outside a control tower Inside a control tower
Radars It stands for “Radio detection and ranging.”. It works by sending radio signals and detecting when the signal bounces back. Stenth plaes connot be detected because all their sides go in all different directions and scatter the radar instead. Radar antenna
Worlds fastest plane The fastest plane in the world is the X-15 rocket plane. It is desinged as a rocket, but is still considered as a plane. It was used in 199 missions in 9 years. It also reached space once Wingspan : 6.7m Length : 16m
