Syncing for the First Time • THINGS TO CONSIDER • What do I want to Sync? • DEFINITELY: Contacts, Calendar, Files • POSSIBLY: Mail • Which Computer (s) do I want to Sync with? • Work (Only one Sync Cable provided) • Home (Must use Office Outlook at home) • I don’t Sync email at either location • See Link for new Active Sync 4.5 on Help Desk Website.   36. Problems & Solutions • Dead Battery – return to charger • Wrong Sync Settings – overwrite computer/ PDA or visa versa • WiFi left on running battery down – turn off WiFi • Using Soft, Hard & Clear Reset – refer to owner’s manual. PDA Presentation - PCSB Help Desk Phone: 51586 or 519-8042
